We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to personal care products and intimate apparel. Additionally, we do not accept returns for items that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence.
